Responsibilities

• Lead and expand Accuracy Environmental’s air program.
• Serve as a trusted extension of leadership, driving business growth.
• Bring existing and new client relationships and transition them to Accuracy.
• Provide strategic direction for air compliance and permitting projects.
• Mentor and develop senior and junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10–15 years of air compliance and permitting experience.
• Proven ability to grow programs and manage client relationships.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Highly reliable, motivated, and aligned with Accuracy’s mission.
