Ms. Jimenez is a Senior Principal with 22 years of environmental, health and safety compliance experience that includes 13 years as an environmental, health, safety, and quality compliance coordinator with a Major Oil Company and 7 years in consulting. She also has experience working with an air regulatory agency enforcing local air quality standards for Title V and minor sources. Ms. Jimenez serves as a Western States Petroleum Associates Board Member. She has developed and managed compliance programs, specifically in the areas of Underground Storage Tank (UST) compliance, hazardous materials programs and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). She is well-versed in regulatory permitting and compliance and has prepared numerous regulatory reports in support of NPDES programs, BWON, Department of Toxic Substance Control, Federal EPA Title V source permitting.  Her experience began in California, while supporting compliance across the United States and Canada, and for major sources in the United Kingdom.
