Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory research
• Assist in ensuring clients meet all federal, state, and local regulations
• Prepare environmental compliance plans, permits, and reports for air quality, hazardous waste, spill prevention, storm water, and wastewater.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies, and clients during field visits

Requirements

• 8+ years work experience in environmental science (with focus on compliance)
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Ability to work efficiently and within scope budget
• Strong communication skills including both verbal and written
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills including attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
• Ability to work full-time, minimum 40 hours a week
• BA or BS in environmental science or related degree
