Responsibilities
- Lead and expand Accuracy Environmental’s Water, Air, Waste & Remediation and Health & Safety programs.
- Serve as a trusted extension of leadership, driving business growth.
- Support Accuracy Environmental's business development.
- Provide strategic direction for compliance and permitting projects.
- Mentor and develop senior and junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of compliance and permitting experience.
- Proven ability to grow programs and manage client relationships.
- Strong leadership and business development skills.
- Highly reliable, motivated, and aligned with Accuracy’s mission.
